Amo Realty is licensed and operating in multiple states across the country. We are actively hiring agents in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Washington.

How Our Lead System Works
Our company gives each agent at least 10 leads per week. These are not recycled or shared. The inquiries come from multiple platforms, including paid channels, organic sources, and referral networks. We’ve been using this system since 2007 and have agents who’ve closed major sales, including multimillion-dollar transactions.
Our offices throughout the country are small, and we only extend these opportunities to a small group of dedicated professionals who want to close deals consistently.
Types of Leads You’ll Receive
Residential Leads: Buyers actively searching for homes, plus motivated sellers looking to list.
Commercial Leads: Tenants seeking office, retail, and industrial space, along with investors exploring new acquisitions.
Custom Opportunities: Inbound clients based on your preferences and expertise.
Commission Details
We offer a simple, transparent commission structure:
50/50 split on company-provided leads
75/25 split on your own leads for the first 3 years
After 3 years, you keep 100% of your own leads after a $5,000 cap
100% commission on personal real estate transactions
There are no desk fees, no transaction fees, and no monthly charges — ever.
We focus on small groups and have very low turnover for a real estate brokerage. The very first agent we ever hired in 2007 is still with the company. We’re proud of our extremely low turnover and long-term relationships with our team. Our goal is to build careers — not churn agents. That’s why we only bring on professionals who are committed to closing transactions and growing with us long term.
