About Kevin Pattison

Real estate has been a part of my life for more than 11 years, and one of the things I’ve always valued most about this business is the relationships that come with it.

I’ve had the opportunity to help people buy and sell homes, work with military families relocating to the area, and navigate everything from residential and commercial transactions to more complicated situations like foreclosures. Every transaction is different, but I’ve always believed the most important part is taking the time to understand the person sitting across from me.

Before returning to real estate, I spent more than 20 years working in education and leadership. That experience taught me a lot about listening, communicating, solving problems, and helping people make important decisions. Those are the same skills I bring to my real estate clients today.

For me, this has never been about simply buying or selling a house. It’s about helping people through an important part of their lives, being someone they can trust, and staying connected long after the transaction is over.

I’m excited to be back in real estate, building relationships, serving my community, and helping people find the right next step for themselves and their families.
