A new luxury high-rise condominium is set to rise at 7200 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, bringing elevated coastal living to the heart of North Beach. The 12-story tower will feature 222 fully furnished residences, combining elegant design, resort-style amenities, and the flexibility of short-term rentals in one of Miami-Dade County’s most desirable locations.
Homes at 7200 Collins will range from 375 to 1,200 square feet, with floorplans spanning studios to two-bedroom layouts. Each residence will offer nine-foot ceilings, Italian-inspired cabinetry, and private terraces. Select units will include unobstructed waterfront views, enhancing the appeal for both full-time residents and investors. Owners will have the option to lease their units for short-term stays, a rare and valuable feature in the luxury condo market.

Residents will enjoy a suite of shared amenities located on the third floor, eighth floor, and rooftop. These amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, a swimming pool, an outdoor movie theater, and other curated spaces for leisure and entertainment. All units will come fully furnished and designed by Coral Gables-based Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, known for sophisticated and cohesive interior aesthetics.
In addition to its residential component, the development will include nearly 17,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. This retail footprint will activate the streetscape and serve as a vibrant amenity for both residents and the surrounding neighborhood.
The project is designed by Revuelta Architecture International, an established name in Miami's high-rise development scene. Northlink Capital, a New York-based firm, is the developer behind 7200 Collins. The company acquired the 25,000-square-foot site for $17.33 million in 2021 through an affiliated entity and secured approvals in 2022. The building will rise at 7200 Collins Avenue, formerly known as 7140 Collins Avenue.
With its premium finishes, flexible rental options, and ideal location, 7200 Collins is set to become a defining addition to Miami Beach’s evolving skyline. Positioned steps from the waterfront and minutes from top cultural, dining, and transportation hubs, the development offers a compelling new vision for modern coastal living in South Florida.
